Effie on a U.S. Postage Stamp

Two of Effie's fans, Peter Boltz and Rhonda Toon petitioned the US Post Office to honor Effie with a postage stamp. They suggested using the program that permits someone to have a real postage stamp made from a photograph. So, they did just that.
